Is 32 that old?

Okay, so I know that I'm not in my twenties anymore but seriously I feel like I can't even run around with my kids without hurting something! Today the kids and I played tag at the church playground. It's been awhile since I ran around with them like that and every so often I had to stop because I was tired. I am so old! To top it all off, I think I pulled something in my back and now it hurts. I think I just need to start some kind of workout or something. I mean I'm only 32! At least this is good motivation for me to get out and get moving. I think it's time to pull out my Power 90 DVD.

Tonya,

You are kidding, right? ***just shakes head*** LOL

Seriously, if you are feeling that way, now IS the time to get a handle on it, IMHO...

"There is no time like the present" and believe me, it only goes downhill from 32!!! ROTFL

You are so not old! Just remember I am soooo much older than you! That will make you feel like the young chick you are:)

I am 32 also and I have finally got to the point that I have to start doing something before I turn into a puff ball! Chris bought the boys a Wii and it came with the Wii Fit program. I did the body test, well, it wasn't good! It is actually a lot of fun and I especially like the step aerobics. I already lost a pound and a half! Wahoo! Little victories!

We just got the wii fit too. I could not recommend it more! It is really neat! You won't regret this purchase. When you have little one's it's hard to get out of the house to go and work out. Will, will love watching you work out.:)The older kids have loved working out with also.
